Site assessment of damaged cladding, weatherboards, exterior joints and water ingress, including partial replacement or recladding enquiries. Establish the wall system, moisture source, framing condition, cavity and flashing details. Specialist design, consents and suitably qualified trades may be needed and must be confirmed before accepting work. Painting or surface sealing is not represented as a cure for underlying leaks.
