Assess exterior paintwork, trims and local timber damage. Identify access, scaffolding, coating condition, water entry and hazardous coatings. Recladding, roof work and structural rot are separate specialist enquiries; cosmetic work does not resolve underlying leaks.

哪里损坏或漏水？屋顶或外墙是什么材料，房子有几层？在地面拍照就行，不用爬高。
尺寸可以先填大概。不清楚的地方没关系，我们上门时一起看。
哪些还能用，哪些想换，可以先告诉我们。现场量尺、查看状况后，再确认材料、施工范围，以及需要另外安排的专业工种。
