Is the online price a fixed quote?
No. It is a budget range based on your answers. The condition, access, exact materials and final scope must be checked before a written quote is agreed.
Can I book an inspection?
You can request a preferred date and time. It becomes a booking only when we confirm availability and any inspection charge with you.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Combine several practical repairs in one visit to make better use of travel and setup time.
What about older homes and specialist work?
Suspected asbestos, structural damage, active leaks, electrical and plumbing work need assessment and appropriately qualified trades. Work that disturbs older surfaces is screened before pricing.
Are materials always in stock?
No. Online retail prices do not confirm branch stock. Availability, colour, pack sizes and substitutes are checked before a final quote.
