Timber condition, height, ground contact, fixings and structural requirements must be checked before pricing. Cleaning, staining and minor repairs can be scoped at inspection. Structural work may require qualified trades.

修現有的木結構，還是新做？大概多大、多高，哪些地方壞了？
尺寸可以先填大概。不清楚的地方沒關係，我們到府時一起看。
哪些還能用，哪些想換，可以先告訴我們。現場量尺、查看狀況後，再確認材料、施工範圍，以及需要另外安排的專業工種。
